Annmarie Fairweather, a highly experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge on the table. She's worked with leaders across a variety of industries to help them grow their businesses, particularly when they are experiencing rapid expansion. She served as an advisor, helping translate people and business strategies into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives with regard to performance management and organizational, employee involvement, and change. She is passionate about learning, and believes that leadership and team development as the key competitive advantages. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed her to create cultures which foster learning and creativity that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie dedicates time and talent for Learning Ally, but she is also involved in several different non-profit organisations. In the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing the time and energy she has to assisting Learning Ally's mission.
